Can you please help me with this issue?

Thank you so much.

Best regards,
Eric

Hello Eric,

What Linux distribution did you try to install SC?

Also, besides the error message, are you able to run ScriptCase?

regards,
Bernhard Bernsmann

Hello Bernhard,

I have CentOS 6.0 + PHP 5.3 installed on my VPS, I have tried the automatic installer as available on ScriptCase’s website. I could not run ScriptCase yet, but given the requirements listed on the website it should run. Even when I try the URL + port number 97 like: http://www.domain.com:97 or http://www.domain.com:97/developer, ScriptCase does not appear.

Best regards,
Eric

Hello,

Did you had any problem to open a ticket? Or is the answer taking too long?

Bernhard Bernsmann

Hello Bernhard,

Yes,it works, but the answer is taking too long. I told them several times. It is a bit frustrating.

Hello Bernhard,

I have uploaded ScriptCase manually (according to the instructions of ScriptCase in the ticket) however, I was trying to access the page with port numbers 97, 85, 86, 80 and more. I did not see the screen to complete the installation.

How can I find out which port I have to use?

Thank you so much.

Best regards,
Eric

Hi Eric,

may be that link can help you to detect which ports are open to listen …

Hello Eric,

Thank you very much for the link! I will try this command in the evening, as I have to work within a few minutes.

Hello,

I have tried the ports mentioned after typing the command, but nothing works. Is there another solution?

Thank you.

Eric

Eric,

Have you ever solved this problem? I am having the same issue.

Thanks

Hello Paul,

I was informed by our team that the installer is only working with Debian distributions.

If you are working on another distribution you will have to install the Web Environment manually first supporting PHP 5.3 (with mbstring, zip e gd enabled) and Zend Loader 3.3 and then install SC 7.
