Problem when saving form that contain image or document in database

When saving a form that contain an Document(Database) it get corrupted when adding a new field. The Field Name of the Document is blanked and the Field Size contain the Field Name

When saving a form that contain an Image(Database) get corrupted when adding a new field. The Page Type or DocumentID get sometime replace with an other value.

Problem is still present in latest version and I find the exact step to recreate it

For some reason the field position is saved in the form instead of the field name

The result is very annoying, see the following example

Synchronize Table

Before

Filigrane_File and Filigrande_Size are at position 5 & 6 (offset 0) of the row
After

Now its Telephone and Telecopieur that are at position 5 & 6 or the row

Before

Intro_File_Type is at position 11 of the row

After

Now it’s Filigrane that is at position 11 of the row

Your are lucky, I had a few paid tickets open for more than 1 year and then close by them for inactivity.
