Hey guys, been a while 
I am having a problem with an insert button on a form, its not doing anything.
Can click it and nothing happens…
Form is a modified version of the sec_user which I have edited to include some custom fields, nothing else has been added to the form and debug isnt showing me anything as the form isnt even reloading on click of insert.
Any ideas why this could be?
