Problem with installation - developent not refresh after generation

Due some probleme on my laptop I remove SC6 and SC7.
I reinstall SC7 and XAMPP on my laptop (WIN8 PRO)

When I create a application after generation it’s run correctly
If I modify the application, and generation is done, the change is not visible during the execution

After long search I see when I remove the task PHP CGI/FastCGI (32 bits) from the task manager, and run the application, it’s run with the modification.

What is the solution, I must all reinstall ?

Scriptcase development is running on it’s own apacheserver on a separate port. If you have corrupted that I would reinstall and re-register. If registration doesn’t work you must send an email to sales@ afaik.
