Problem with Spanish translations

I need translations for Mexico, Colombia and Peru. I declare these three languages in the properties of the project, but when I access the translation module it only shows me a translation for Spanish. How can I do it so that it allows me to capture the three languages?

Is the question how to allow the user to change to another language?

If yes then:
in MENU=>settings you can check the ‘select language’
or FORM/GRID=>TOOLBAR settings, you can add ‘languages’

If you want to chose language at the start of the session, you have to set this in login-app.
