Problem with the design of my application after using blocks

Hello;My application had the normal design but I had to use blocks to adjust some master and details elements. After put blocks I found that my fields were not well aligned I try to check what is wrong with I could not find; It pushes the fields far from the labels and it affected even the detail parts of the application by making them look very small. Here is the screen shot of how bad it looks:

I would also like to know how size the application work place(width)

Is it possible to “left-align” fields and labels within a block?

I’m pretty sure it’s a misconfiguration. Carefully look at the applications if you have set the properties well. I had this once, but can’t remember the exact cause if it any more.
