Problems in Production Environment

I just finish my project, and I upload to my hosting provider.

When I try to create my MySQL connections it says:

Connection Error

Unable to connect: Lost connection to MySQL server at ‘reading initial communication packet’, system error: 110

?what’s wrong?

I try to connect to my MySQL server from my pc and mobile and it runs, but it’s not posible to connect from the production environment

Did you use the SC connection wizard to update the connection after uploading? Please provide more detail.

Finally it was a Hosting provider problem.
