We are a development team of 4 people and one of the projects has already more than 500 applications. Is presenting the following scenario.
Developers work on their respective application and save, one application code is saved with code of other applications.
Would anyone happen something? How they been resolved?

No, we have a 6 dev licence, but never seen this behaviour. Sounds serious though. But no clue what’s going on…
i would of verify the session management in your php.
