Problems Work with server Centos 7.7,

Hi,

I have some problems with my new server (HostGator). i installed my apps deployed with scriptcase version 9.2, But the server works slow, when my clients work into my app, some time It does not respond to click event. if click into a menu option, it show a message “processing”, but does nothing, then clicking againg into the option and the server Respond fine.

Sometimes When they are in a form, and enter the data and press the save button, it does not respond. then they lose the data entered

My New server have: Centos 7.7 RAM 4GB DISC 120GB

I thank you in advance, Any help you can give me to solve this problem

I can see that some times when i open a form, the form renderize to half and wait for some time for show the other part.
