click on the bottom most navigation (1, 2, 3 …) and when the page is navigated, the ‘processing…’ message will never disappear and i can never click on any buttons.

Confirmed. I have the same problem browsing your app.
I have the same case browsing a grid from field lookup ( capture link )
Confirmed on Ubuntu 14.04 w/ both Firefox and Chrome.
I didn’t check w/ a debugging console, but I’m guessing a Javascript/AJAX issue in the SC code.
What version of SC? What version of the SC base production runtime libraries?
The libraries were updated (8.x.016?) recently (Friday?). Maybe your dev and production environments are out of sync.

I am having this same problem.
I have a simple form with a Master/Detail that uses an editable grid.
In production environment, when adding a record to the editable grid, I get “Processing…” forever, and no record is added.
In development environment, it works as expected.

I was able to eliminate the problem, by removing the load balancer in front of the web server cluster.
As a result, I am inclined to think it is a session related issue.
Once I track down exactly what was happening I will give more details.

I was told to change following in php.ini, but did not work.
memory_limit = Switch to the value (1024)
max_input_time = Switch to the value (3600)

Make sure that “master/detail form is not empty”.
