It’s possible to change the text and the image “Processing” for example when you change the page on a grid

this is only part of the answer, but maybe it helps:

You can use the ‘Locales > Application language’ menu to cahnge the settings of the text in your application.

For example to change the popup when a form is saved, you can search for:

[SIZE=12px]lang_othr_prcs[/SIZE]

and change the text in your language. The following picture shows the new text ‘Processing xxx’ instead of ‘Processing’.
