Production Install 9.6 - No Database Selected

Production Install

New Install 9.6 Install via zip file

…/_lib/prod/lib/php/?login - setup conn_mysql —> Connection Success

Attempt to go to initial app the Logon and get an error --> No database selected
(used conn_mysql for dev too)

Anyone have any ideas??

PHP 7.0 MYSQL 5.6
(Already changed file permissions and fixed ZendId execute Permissions )

My Solution: I had to do a complete reinstall of scriptcase and redeploy. I had not updated sc for a long time and i think the last update was incomplete. Per support, they told me that 9.6 SC must have 7.3 PHP on development and production, but couldn’t point me to documentation of such.
