Quick search on grid with lookup fields does not work case insensitive

In Project Samples->Grid_Applications->Grid_with_filter->Grid49 (Quick search option) QuickSearch for categoryname works well case insensitive. BUT FOR A GRID CREATED EXACTLY EQUAL WITH NEW FORMAT, IT DOES NOT WORK CASE INSENSITIVE! THIS IS A BUG???
