Quicksearch not working with SELECT field in FORM Application

Hello all,
I have a form and a grid application both using the same table.
If I use quicksearch and search for a field of type select , in the grid app it returns results, while in the form it does not return a value.
Is this a known bug ?

Facing the same issue of Quick Search not working on a SELECT Field type. I changed the same to INTEGER and it works.
