HI
I’d like to know what i must do if i need to re-install Scriptcase in case I had been damaged my HD or I have to re-install the OS in the machine where I have installed Scriptcase.

The obvious is that you simply need to reinstall as though it was your first install.
Other considerations:
Install your serial no to activate.
If you are reinstalling in Windows, you may have to get a new code, not sure on this. I use Linux so this is not an issue.
Restore from any backup you have made within SC5 so all you projects are there.

The problem is that I assume that my machine has virus and I need to re install windows. My question is if I only enter the serial number or there is another procedure to install Scriptcase on a machine other than the one originally activated.

Hi,
You just need send your serial number to license@scriptcase.net requesting to reopen your license to be registered again.
