Does anyone have any real world sites generated with Scriptcase?
Would love to see some examples of what can really be done

We have a lot of production apps. But they are not accessible. For HRM lot of self-service forms (recruiting and talent management), some medical dossier systems, questionaires, sportsclub management and invoicing.
I understand, I am just trying to determine what can actually be done…
The samples on their samples site are lets say… buggy and some lack creativity in design.
For example I have a control form and all it is is a drop down list and a button to add a new record.
But it is so plain, I just wondered if all of the apps are much of the same.
I tried to even create a theme, but the themes are not exportable from one project to another.
Seems like the only choices you can assign themes to are strictly scriptcase themes.
Even if you save the theme under user or public.
would love to see screenshots of applications
The samples are just a way of showing how to get things done. I don’t think that they are fully working apps, or have the intention to be. You can create your own themes, but it requires some tweaking. We managed to get our own theme pretty easy. You can export themes from one project to another. The trick is to create it public. Then all projects can use them. I don’t know what’s going wrong here. Also I managed to create templates so that I could put hyperlinks under the application logo etc. I think you can create anything you like, but sometimes you need to be creative. That’s the price of using a case tool. But you will save a lot of development time for the basic things so you have more time to do the more advanced stuf. I cannot upload detailed images here because they are shown far too small. But we can turn the problem around: what is it that you want to achieve?
I have tried to save a theme as public and if I change to another project it doesnt show up.
You might want to try it on your ver 6

There’s a saveas and mode to set the saved theme as public. It works here in V6. It’s how I created a few themes. There’s also an option to create a new theme from scratch.

Saved theme as test theme
After saving it shows up in the listing
But open another project and it doesn’t show anymore

just verified with support issue is correct, they reproduced.
What version of 6 are you running?

You’re welcome. Support is good willing, but in my experience not everybody understand english very well so miscommunication is easy. After all they speak Portugese. (ah well, I’m Dutch
