Receiving ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT!

Hello, I am receiving ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT! when I try to connect to setup production database connection for the 1st time.

Scriptccase v9.4.031
Windows Server 2012 R2
Apache

I successfully deployed the same application on other servers with no issues. Any suggestions!

Was able to get production Environment window to open by using: localhost:8081

look firewall or your proxy this may come from there

Thank you!. I was able to access using localhost:8081 with no time out error.

it’s ok, but there is probably a redirect from port 8080 to 8081, if you don’t mind it’s good, but you have to be sure that you accept that your server redirects the port, there must be a good reason.
