Registration declined [groan]

Scriptcase 9 Installation

I have installed SC9 on WIn10/ 64. Scriptcase sent me a serial number which matches the one in my account page. I try “On line registration”, enter my log in criteria for scriptcase.net and the copy/ paste the serial.

Click submit

“The informed serial number is not valid.”

Given I am not prepared to pay for “paid support” given the paucity of basic support, does anyone now how I can resolve this?

Never mind, looks like you just have to keep trying and retrying. Brute force works wonders.

You mean that you need payed support to get your licence registered. I can hardly believe that. Just enter the live chat, if they ignore pretend to be a new customer.
