AFAIk if you logon to your customer page on SC you can request for a new install.

I already formatted my pc now i need install my licence of SC7.
I have licencing for upgrades untill dec 2014.
I logon to your customer page on SC, but i do not can request help because SC not allow do it: “You do not have support via ticket.”
My questions is: I must pay for support for reinstall my SC? (i have licencing to dec 2014).
I do not can send a ticket to SC team because not allow do it.

In the rightupper corner of scriptcase.net there’s a login button. You need to add your account login here. Then you will see your profile, orders, serials etc. If you click on serials you have a link on every licence to request for a new installation. Hope this helps. This is not the ticket system.

My user menu of my profile was hide.
Now is visible and now i can continue with my work.
