I mean, I have a selection field (COUNTRY for example), and the intention is that when choosing a country, the N: N relationship is reloaded with the cities of that country, to choose them all or only some, but that it is only of That country.

This is possible?

All you need to do is set this option in the selection field,
Reload form when value has changed
Then the form will be reloaded and all fields updated
