Title says it all.
Ubuntu 14.04 x64 Firefox and Chrome, resizing the browser so that ScriptCase’s toolbar wraps to a second line breaks the menu (menu cannot be navigated, items can not be selected).
That’s probably true on Windows as well. I didn’t check.
