reuse wwwroot folder to restore a scriptcase project??

hello all from France!!!

my pc crashed and i just have a copy of the full ‘wwwroot’ folder of sciptcase…

is it possible to rebuild my projects just with that source??

please help!!!

Hello,

Depending on how you installed SC, and what files you have kept - as long as you haven’t deleted files related to the core functioning of SC -, you will be able to restore your project.

Your published application is the result of a code generation based upon your specification which is stored in a sqlite database somewhere in your SC installation. If you do not have any of your original SC left, then it would be a mirracle if you could reverse engineer the config back from the code. IMHO you need to redevelop the code.
