SAVE GRID Still NOT working!

VER 9.0.039 the Save Grid button is not working… Click the “Alt Grid Layout” (default label) Button and ‘waiting icon/gif’ runs and runs and runs… no error messaages -nothing.

ByTheWay… I checked the rights in the folder structure… 777 -read write permissions are not the issue

Hi stubuck,
I struggled with the same and solved it by setting “Toolbar>Toolbar buttons” value to “A DIV below the toolbar” instead of “Modal”. This setting is at the very bottom of the Toolbar page.

Greetings dzungha! Yes, I am aware the “DIV below…” works. I do not use this option in any of my applications. I received a message from bugs@scriptcase.net stating the know it is a bug and the Modal option is messed up. They stated they would have it fixed in the next bug repair.

The ISSUE with scriptcase is they often “fix one bug” and create another one. There have been many times when a ‘feature’ has worked, then when I install the fixes/upgrades… the feature no longer works and/or does not work properly.

@stubuck I couldn’t find this issue on our tracker. I’ll ask for it to be simulated and reported accordingly. Is it possible for me to have the date you sent this to bugs email? I’ll have to further investigate this issue to understand why isn’t it reported already.

@stubuck I’m sorry, I was just informed that this bug is already reported (I just looked under the wrong project). It was reported on March the 14th under minor severity and it is has been assigned to a developer on March the 22th. The developer itself have 12 bugs assigned of which 4 are of major severity.

It will probably be worked on in the next week.
