When I import a project, it reads the file, gives me the project name, and then when I try to import it, I regularly get an encoding error at around 71-86%.
I then have to go into the admin user account, select the corresponding project, and then it appears!
I had this problem before, and support went online and fixed it.
We have released some fixes in version 10.0.002 related to project export/import.
Please check, if possible, whether the issue has been resolved or if it still persists.

Importing and exporting from 9_13_21(2) works perfectly in scriptcase 10.00.02!
Unfortunately, it didn’t work again; we celebrated too soon! Am I the first person to try and import a project? There are 288 applications; it’s not that big!
I have the same (lot of) problem.
Whether I’m upgrading from 9 to 10 or booting up a new machine running only version 10.
Debian 12 or 13 Linux environment
The system freezes every time I perform an operation—importing, opening an application, or generating an application.
It’s unusable for me, so I’m sticking with version 9.
