I always wait to upgrade major Scriptcase versions until they’ve had a few minor revisions, because the bugs stop our development work for days every time. 
Last week Scriptcase told one of my developers we have to upgrade to v9.5 in order to import one of his projects.
According to https://www.scriptcase.net/lp/environment/php73-en/tutorial/ installing 9.5 would not affect my 9.4 version and they can coexist side-by-side, running on different ports.
Like an idiot I believed them. 
So I backed up projects, installed v9.5, and imported projects.
The result: menu app items now disappearing. Cannot continue to work on the menu app. See video:

This is now happening on my original 9.4/7.0 installation as well as the new 9.5/7.3.
Also happens with a clean 9.5/7.3 install on a brand new machine.
Opened a ticket Friday morning. No answer from them since before noon Friday.
Have not been able to do any development work for 5 days.
How do they expect us to work with a framework which doesn’t work for days after an upgrade?
Does anyone have access to a 9.4 Windows executable installer?
