Sc_alert is not working

sc_alert does not work in onBeforeUpdate or onAfterUpdate. If I replace sc_alert with sc_error_message, then I get a message. That tells me my loop is working. in OnScriptInit, it works, there I get a message with sc_alert

I did a simple test using the macro in a form, with these events you mentioned, and it work as expected.

Could you tell more about how can I replicate it?

What’s the type of app and how you’re using, for example.

ok, that was a mistake on my part. I can no longer reproduce it either
