Same problem again ! This have happened about 20 times or more since I bought SC5.

It happens the same
I didn’t even got a notice on the screen, but manually clicking on update worked.
I get the notification, but Search For Updates appears to time out.
I am getting same error. I tried ten times but nothing.
I solved this issue, I changed my browser to mozilla and this updated fine!
Change computer and OS and does not work
That with mozilla is a tru point. I only use mozilla to develop in scriptcase, it gets screwy in some other browsers…

It seem that the issue is related to the region. I saw Albert many times being able to run an update in EU while I was not in US
What bothers me in this case the most is the fact that this problem is known for 2-3 years and nothing has been fixed. It works for some time then it doesn’t…

Probably it’s not a bug, it’s related to DNS or just update server down
I had this same problem once and i solved the problem when i turned off my antivirus(avira) and after the scriptcase update had finished i turned on my antivirus again.
