Maybe scriptcase is one of the best development tools for php.
I tested V4 and was surprised.

Maybe netmake offers one of the worst support of a great product.

I cannot understand why there is no statement at all…

R$ is the currency of Brasil (Real Brasileiro).

R$ 800 = $392
R$ 800 = EURO 266, seems reasonable compared to V4. But the bronze, silver and gold support prices are not…

I noticed that the support contract for V5 is now a fixed numer of support tickets, a fixed number of telephone minutes and a fixed number of minutes chat support. When support response is as slow and poor as it was the past few weeks, than I would run out of credits in no time!

I think their strategy is wrong: giving one-on-one support instead of supporting an active forum. Knowledge that is discussed by means of one-on-one support is not shared with the community. Why don’t they put the support guys on the forum instead of the chat? would save them a lot of money in the end and would make the product (finally) a worldwide succes.

Ah - I was reading the site through Google translate, and it translates ‘R$’ to ‘$’.

Even if the new price is similar, it states SINGLE PROJECT - no price I can see marked on the Enterprise version to get multiple projects.

Well, I think I saw some posting in the forum from their support staff. So, their support is on the forum. But the chat support is a complete different tool. They are complementary. Some times a customer just need a one-to-one help, and is ready to pay for it …
As a customer, I want to have access to both : A good one-to-one support for the product I paid and a vibrant forum to discuss with other clients their experiences. The combination of both makes the company/product more accountable.

@Riva, you’re right, but there’s no balance. They visit the forum once or twice a month. But during the day there are at any time multiple chat sessions running (sometimes 9 at the same time).

Chat support: 98%
Ticket support: 1%
Support on forum: 1%

As I said, no balance. I have a chat with them about once a week and they (try to) help you out with complex but also the most basic problems. If these basic issues were handled on the forum, other users could also benefit from it! and the pressure on support would be less so they could concentrate on more important issues.
