Removed SC as well as all folders. New installation of SC 8.1 generates this error

Can anybody confirm if the new installation of SC 8.1.020 is running fine. I removed any traces of SC from my PC (including cleaning registry, XAMPP etc.). Downloaded the installation file from NetMake website and run installation 3rd time. Same result. I’m completely stuck. Contacted NetMake support, but so far no solution. At this moment I cannot use the product. I installed Windows version and I wonder if there might be something wrong with the downloaded file.
I noticed this warning was added yesterday to SC download page

I would like to know if anybody is running latest SC v8.1.020 on WindowsXP/SP3 successfully ???
