SC5 - Upload Field goes blank after selecting the file {URGENT-HELP-PLEASE}

Hi guys,

I am uploading the doc file attachment, after selecting the file from windows dialog box, field goes blank, so I can’t save the attachment/upload the file.

Using ScriptCase v5
Production: Windows Server 2008
Development: Windows Vista

Production & Development there are the same problem I’m facing…

I created the album and using image (Database) at development server working fine but when I uploaded to the live production server I’m getting error “upload file failed”

they don’t help, and my problem is still there,
when I upload and click on save button I’m getting error “File Upload Failed”

It depends how you do things. Have you set certain file extensions? Are you uploading into the database (and is the field of type blob) or as a file? If it is a file, do you have write rights on the directory where the files are uploaded? I don’t run version 6 so I’m not sure what the differences are.

Then there must be something in the allowed filetypes or filesizes. Do you know that php itself has an max. file uploadsize too? It might be violated. Just guessing of course. I don’t have access to version 5 to look.

where do i go to setup the file size, I’m using database blob field on windows server 2008, its look very simple but isn’t it. :frowning:
