SC7: how to add application into Editable Grid Form on each line

I need to add application form into the editable grid form according to each record.
any idea how I can do that…

in previous v5 and v6 I made the custom url link and it was working fine, but in v7 its displaying the whole syntax, but its not clickable
any adivce…

If it works in V5/6 then it most likely is a bug and I would report it as such. But you’ve already did that.

exactly it is Bug, coz. that custom link I was using since v5.
