SC8.1 will not run

I get following error:

"Service Unavailable

The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later."

The TAB message says: 505-Service Unavailable
It seems like WEB server is not running. Tired to start manually but no success.

SC 8.0 runs fine on port 88

Anybody has this problem or knows what might cause it ?

No, i don’t have this problem. One thing to look at is to see if the port is in use by some other process or if a firewall is rejecting the port?

ok, I managed to figure out to fix it. Now it asks me for a new license. I tohught 8.1 runs on the same license

any ideas ?

On upgrading from 8.0… to 8.1… you need a new serial… So you have to contact sc for that.
