Scriptcase 9.4.003 NOT Working since 16/08/2019

Hi Scriptcase team,

Until the problems are resolved we will publish a post every day warning everyone that version 9.4.003 DOES NOT WORK since the delivery of 08/16/2019.

People do not update the version of your Scriptcase, you must remain in the last of the 9.3 or earlier !!!

Regards

PD.- We have sent the problems to sales and in the web chat and the response has been the same. In sales we have been asked twice for the diagnostic file of Scriptcase and in chat the same thing once.
Of course, no solution, not even as returning to the previous version.

Pls, report your issue at bugs @ scriptcase.net. This forum is not monitored by Scriptcase officials (at least not on a regular base)

It is a pity that Scriptcase does not read its own forum.

We continue to fight for answers and solutions on problems with internal libraries and identifiers with # in the code to modify the css.

Today is Thursday, August 29, 2019 and the latest version was delivered on August 16, 2019.

Regards

Hello, @Joana

I believe that this post is related to the other one, right?

So again, please update your Scritpcase and verify if the issues will be solved.

Hello Roberto,

Yes, it is related to the other post and I refer to it for my answer.

But I have a doubt and it is regarding INTERNAL libraries. Until version 9.3 to use the internal libraries it was only necessary to select them, with the problems of 9.4 we saw and you told us that now it was also necessary to use the sc_include macro.

We see, also, that you have modified the manual (https://www.scriptcase.net/docs/en_us/v9/manual/07-tools/06-internal-libraries/) and now you add the macro sc_include.

Is that really so? Will we have to modify the code of all our applications to include the macro if we want them to work with the new versions?

On the other hand, if it really is, do not you think you should notify users before updating the application?

I await your comments on this.

Regards

Hello, @Joana

The use of this macro is necessary when you use a function, within your internal library.

In this case, Scriptcase does need that you references the library in the macro.

Feel free to ask any question about it, we’re willing to help you.
