Hello guys,
after updating to v9.7.019, its freeze the SC, and I restart the server, after Scriptcase not logging in, no error, just shows the blank white page, even the browser source view its blank.
I’m not able to login Scriptcase.
running on Windows 10 Pro
any suggestion will be highly thankful.

Looks like a corrupted update. If you haven’t got a full binary backup to recover from (please make one before each and every scriptcase upgrade) , then I’m afraid you have to do a fresh install. Make a full binary backup (so that you don’t get your projects lost per accident), then re install. Then locate the sqlite file that contains your projects and copy backup of this file into your new environment.
Another option to try is to look into the apache error log, hopefully that gives more info.
Can this be related to Scriptcase hangs after updating to 9.7.018 (cgi php freeze?) ??

This is last moment Error Log, what do you suggest, shell I reinstall on top of the current version or from the scratch and new installation of scriptcase.

Well scriptcase does not generate an error then… Personally I would start fresh (after creating the full backup). If you have a backup then I would initially restore and see if that works.

As mentioned by the @aducom, one of the alternatives to get around the obstacle faced is performing a backup of ScriptCase so that a new installation can be made.
I performed an update from 9.7.018 to 9.7.019, and no problem was presented.
If you are still experiencing the problem, could you please provide more details about it?
