Scriptcase 9.8 / Ubuntu - SQL-SERVER drivers issue with automatic install

Hello everyone

Has anyone succeeded in connecting a Microsoft SQL-server database from Scriptcase 9.8 installed on an Ubuntu and using the automatic installer?

it works perfectly with a manual installation on the same machine. But the automatic installation returns an error:

Connection Error
Connection attempt failed: SQLSTATE[] (null) (severity 0)

UPDATE : Not working on Ubuntu 22.04 - AND not working on ubuntu 20.04=> same issue
ALSO with SQL-server installed on the same machine.

On this kind of automatic installation, according to the documentation, it would not be necessary to configure the drivers. Apparently something is missing…
And Scriptcase support can’t find an explanation!

I didn’t use the automatic install but I was able to connect to MSSQL using PDO DBLIB

Thanks. I don’t have connect issues with manual installation. The issue appeared using the automatic installer. I stopped to try and stayed with the manual installation :wink:
