scriptcase development reports no internet connection

One day a few days ago, when I tryied to get the newest scriptcase version (I am at the moment: V9.4.015, on a windows 10) the program reported: “The requested service is inaccessible. It might be temporarily down. Verify your Internet connection.”.

From the same system I can contact scriptcase.net without a problem. Also connecting to my deployed application that is hosted on a external server works through the same browser, I use to run scriptcase.

How to fix the problem, I have no clue as to why this has happened.

Same problem here. Development server hosted on AWS. Can ping scriptcase but when trying to update I get:

‘The requested service is inaccessible. It might be temporarily down. Verify your Internet connection.’

Scriptcase Support told me yesterday, that they are doing maintainance and testing on their servers.
They cannot give a date, when the servers will be available again.

But manual updates are available at any time.

I do not understand what you mean by manual updates? I have some severe problems with scriptcase and therefore like to update to the latest version.

I’m on V9.4.015 and am having the same issue. About a week ago, I noticed I had not seen an upgrade popup in a while. Both “Check Version” and “Update Version” does not work. According to the change log, I’m on the latest version which came out on November 11, 2019. This is not normal because there were 11 updates in September and October. Only one in November.

Yeah this excuse is getting old. I tried the manual installation and it didn’t work. Still on 9.4.014.

I am getting this message for update to new version:
The requested service is inaccessible. It might be temporarily down. Verify your Internet connection.

Same is happening for us since one week ago.
