They cancelled my account after less than 30 days when i missed one payment which unfortunately fell thorough the cracks after i was advised by my project manager to hand over the payment to them.
Regardless of the mistake, once we had to start working on the project again, we see its terminated, not suspended or on hold, but terminated. i immediately opened a support ticket and was told i had to order a new service which i did. then i asked them to either link the old terminated account (which according to the client portal, still has my data in it) to my new service under the new user account (because it wouldn’t register the account with the old username meaning the account is still active on whm) and they tell me it cant be done. why? the data is there and they are unwilling to assist? i have learned my lesson and burned my fingers, i refuse to pay people who dont care about customer service. i am going to cancel my service now and go back to local hosted.
i didnt lose that much work since i had backups, around 2 weeks but its the complete lack of customer support that irritates me
