Scriptcase on Docker - Timeout Error During Project Restore

Hi everyone,

After a long wait, I’ve successfully set up Scriptcase on Docker. Activation went smoothly, but when I tried to restore all my projects, Scriptcase unexpectedly logged me out. I received a message saying the error had been reported to Scriptcase/Netmake.

Upon checking the log file, I noticed a “timed out” error. I suspect this might be related to memory limits or file permissions, but I’m not very familiar with Ubuntu Linux and could use some guidance.

Is anyone here experienced with Docker-based Scriptcase setups who can help troubleshoot this?

I don’t know if you’ve already checked them out, but if not, they might be able to help you configure them so everything works in your environment.
