Has anyone had experience with SC 9.10 on Synology 7.2.1 / Maria10 / PHP 8.1 both for development and for hosting.
Hosting is just PHP/Database. Had no issues there. However, I never succeeded in running the development environment on Synology Nas. But it has been a while since I’ve been trying,
Hosting production Maria10 and PHP (from a SC development) is all I need for now.
Using Synology as the development platform could be tricky - last time I tried, getting Zend installed was the problem.
I read that SQlite is not very reliable in the development environment (Windows/Linux), especially for multiple developers. Is that still the case for single user developers?
No, it should work fine if you are working as a single developer. But I still use MariaDB for that, due to issues in the past.
