Scriptcase support (paid) and zohoconnect for remote access

Hi you all,

did any of you manage to connect with scriptcase support for remote access via their zohoconnect platform?

it’s been three appointments and three connection attempts, but no active connection link is present in the email sent by the platform.
I tested under Mac, under Windows; directly in my webmail. The email is in HTML format but I read it in plain text too: no active link, but rather a configuration error of the zohoconnect platform according to me.
I can’t imagine that I’m the only one to encounter this problem. It seems totally unproductive

have you ever used zohoconnect with scriptcase support?

I have no experience with SC support using Zoho, but I’m using Zoho for my webinars and meetings, and I have no issues. I use a different tool for remote assistance, so I can’t tell in your case. It could be a configuration issue on the SC side or an issue on the Zoho side. But it’s a problem for SC. They have to fix this on your behalf.

Yes seems a SC zohoconnect instance misconfiguration.

Since last thursday I already had 4 canceled and rescheduled remote access appointments with the same missing link error. Each time I warn by email, but the support contact does not seem to read his emails …

Since you have a paid contract, you can use the Scriptcase chat to get assistance. Support is not, uhm, known for its responsiveness…
