I just updated to version 9.11.006 which indicates that it corrects the problem with the signature field on mobile devices.
But that’s not the case, it keeps failing me.

did you try updating scriptcase? v9.11.007 mentioned something about signature field, I’m not sure if it’s specifically about the issue you mentioned.

I have last version and is not solved yet.
I’ve reported this bug on june.
