Hi John,
updated to latest version 006, and re-created a new form (single entry) but the update button still does not work on mobile! it works ok on desktop!

Please, this is essential, give a quick fix until it is solved, or even tell me how to make the mobile use the desktop version so i make sure user can use this form for update, otherwise project is stopped!

Hello,

I agree with you that this is an extremely serious problem. And I had received this problem, but I did a quick test with my iPhone and it worked as you can see by the picture attached.

So I needed to release other fixes in the latest update and had to leave this problem for later. (We really want to help you, and we appreciate all the assistance you have given here on the forum, reporting these problems. Do not worry, all will be resolved.)

In the image, the problem is in the theme. The message “Data modified” has the same background color of the application itself, thus imperceptible. However, the data are updated.

Try to tell me in more detail, with some picture or step by step so I can do a better analysis of this problem. I need to know if there is something specific to the problem occurs, if the problem is just the theme, is some fought as “processing” or something like this image. So, as soon as simulated, will be fixed as soon as possible.

Note: I’m increasing the display size of images in the forum manager. This should be better for you to visualize images. That was really annoying :stuck_out_tongue: (You must attach back to old posts)

I tried on Galaxy S2, S4, S5 and iphone 5 , all the same problem, also tried from Galaxy the chrome and the internet browser that comes with Samsung Galaxy, no use.

Simply, a grid application with a link to modify the record in specific form application (single record) that form has only the update button and single sc_redir to the grid onAfterUpdate event (even tried to remove this event and this macro, and tried all things you can imagine)

the data is displayed ok, if changed any data (or even if didn’t change anything) after clicking “Save” ajax message showing “processing” for 2-3 seconds then nothing happens… only on mobile, while on desktop works ok and also sc_redirect works ok!

Tried with group buttons and single update button in this form, created it from scratch again… enabled the debug…

one thing i noticed strange when enabling all errors in the application (from the left pane of SC under application > enable SQL…debug…etc, i turend them all ON so i may be able to understand something…) that the select is returning id=0, while in the desktop version it returns the normal id of the select… and works fine then…

just give me any fix for now, cz this really drives me crazy, i am trying to overcome other stuff but this is very important!

on more thing, from today i stopped receiving the notifications of the forums subscription, until yesterday was ok i was getting notification if someone replied but since this morning i got no notifications, i just opened this thread by chance… is it because of my email account? or you changed something in the forums?

This version breaks my custom user login screen. I use a lot of global vars, so there is some incompatibility. I have now reverted back to 8.04 version

Hi John!

The background image in pdf report does not scale and does not fit the size of paper, leaving a margin on the right and down, unscrewing the texts.

I’ve been waiting for netmake fix the error, but the bug still persists…

This problem was solved on our internal version, we should release it today probably.

can’t wait to read the changelog :slight_smile: that very problem has a fix, problem was i dind’t know why that was happening, once i knew the issue (by chance and while preparing a test project to Giu :smiley: ) then it was easy to fix, I just added the id field to the fields list, then made it hidden from field settings…

Carlos, there is the back/Exit button problem, in order to make a mobile application this is essential, otherwise no way for user to navigate on mobile!! please put it as priority, serious fix needed for mobile compatibility… for PC might be a simple fix, but for mobile is essential (people can’t go back! but they will force to login again!!)
