on win 8.1 machine when scriptcase is launched it tries to get to http://127.0.0.1:8081/scriptcase but the broswer just never gets there.
on win 7 machine when scriptcase is launched it get to http://127.0.0.1:8081/scriptcase but it takes a several minutes to get the login window.
I’m installed the 20 day trial version to assess business value on this product, but very frustrating & waste of time right out f the gate.

On windows 8.1 (and windows 10) you may need to allow the application through your firewall. So in this case I suggets get tinywall (for ease of use) and setting that in learning mode. Then restart your scriptcase service and open your browser. This should set the settings for access the easy way. Then just turn of tinywall or set it to normal mode…
