ScriptCase Webhelp Manual Program?

I’d like to have a manual for one of the scripts I am building. I like the online manual with folders that ScriptCase uses. Can you tell me what script is used for the manual? Was this built with ScriptCase? If so, how about making this one of the sample projects for ScriptCase?
