Sending an email after registering a new user to multiple email address

I am created a security module that operates on group access.
Everything works OK.

Upon registration, as an admin I get an e-mail message about the new registration.

It would that registration send an e-mail including another user, not just to the admin. (For example, to send an email to the moderator and admin)
Is there any solution for this?

Afaik you can just modify the user registration application and apply the needed changes. You can use more recepients in the sent to parameter.
