Service Temporarily Unavailable - again

Good Morning,
I have a dedicated server (Unix) with joomla an WP applications and scriptcase running.
Development and production of scriptcase are running well. After some weeks I did not use the development of scriptcase I got the message: [h=1]Service Temporarily Unavailable[/h] I could not find a solution. Installed the backup of scriptcase - no other message. Installed scriptcase again, not working. After I resetted the complete server and reinstallation of scriptcase, Zend and PHP settings it was working again. But after some weeks without working in development I got the message again.
Server reset again. And scriptcase was working.

Now I get the [h=1]Service Temporarily Unavailable[/h] message the 4th time. I don’t know what changed on the server? Reinstallation of Zend, checked the parameters of PHP again. No change. I am not able to reset the complete server again, because I have to many applications running.

Any idea? How I can test, which problem is behind? Only the development is not working, all other applications, scriptcase productions, joomla applications, WP applications are working as well as possible.

Check your apache and php logs.
I assume you have the full logging on.
These files probably tell you enough why it happened.

It looks like a server setup issue… It is an error I myself have never seen…

Thanks rr. I tried several changes, but nothing is working. so I decided to reset the complete server and and to rebuild all hoempages.
All is running again. I can start scriptcase, but I get problems with the registration. After entering the scriptcase serial number I get the following message: [SIZE=12px]The information for the license registration is not valid.

I did not find a possibility like before to renew the serial number.!

I have no idea what I can do more.

It is working !!! ;- ;- ;-

I typed the admin and password of my login not for the homepage of scriptcase. The error message is wrong.

It is working now and I hope forever.
