Session behavior in scriptcase

Hi All,

Coming from Yii! framework background. Can someone explain the behavior of the session in scriptcase? In yii, session is active for some times, but when expired user need to re-login before able to continue the work, although the last screen stay. We can add an extension so that 1 minute before the session is expired, a pop up window asking whether user want to continue login or log out. If nothing is chosen and the session is expired, it will straight away logout and go to login page.

Can we achieve this using scriptcase? How can I do this?

Are you asking about the Scriptcase IDE session behaviour or session behaviour of apps created with Scriptcase?

If the first, I do not believe it’s configurable. If the latter, you would have to place custom code in your app to do it.

It is session for apps created with scriptcase.

Any example on the custom code?

etc… basically there is a lot you can do… Just search google for: prevent session expiration
