Trying to set up the SC samples, I get stuck at “Step 2/4: Preparing the database and applications to import”. Goes into an infinite loop.
How can I fix this pls?
infinite loop is something scriptcse proud of, usually I end up with many restarts and perhaps searching for updates, checking what is going on…
for example, i have 2 hours now i can’t login to my SC, click login, see projects list, click on one of them, processing, back to login screen, click login, see project list, go back to login screen

Hi Mike, your issues look like stuff that resolve when you log in and out. Yes SC has a lot of infinite loops even when it comes to ajax updates, grid in infinite scrolls and so many others. But here I log out, reboot etc etc and the problem is still there. Strange.
great, i have now internal server error 500!!! can’t login at all, it was working fine grrrrr
tried to login and test importing samples 2 then give you as zip so you can try importing… but can’t login now
anybody has this stupid issue or how to track the error and solve it i’m getting annoyed

how i could manage the login after login? well, logged in, went to scriptcase settings directly, not to project, changed the timeout to 300 min, went to projects, didn’t ask me to login, but only message of internal server error within the iframe area of the projects dispalyed area keep showing, and i click somewhere else… until could get it, not sure if tomorrow will have the same issue or not
Thanks a lot. Curious though if I have this problem, if it does not mean some other more serious issue lurking somewhere. Re-installation is stress.
agree, is it only for this project or all of them? did you try to import any other preloaded project?
