Showing the selected column value of the records on a chart

Is there any way to show the value of the field (not sum, avg, min or max without grouping).
A plain line chart that shows the values of selected field on a chart ?
Think a table containing the values of weight and height of a person with a date. All I want to do is to put weight or height values by date on a line chart. A simple chart (not avg,max,min)
Anyone can help me ?

I have the same question use date and a value. Date as x and value as y
