Site still giving me "Welcome.." after deployment.

Hi:

I did deploy my application for the first time. However, at the end, my FTP message still stated that it is 93% complete after 24 hrs. However, when I went to my site, I noticed that all the files have been deployed (at least I thought so). On the site, I moved my index.php to my home page to replace the one that is already there. However, I am still getting the same message, “Welcome to <myhost>…team!” "Your account at <myhost> is UP and running! I am now having a hard time FTP’ing my application than actually writing them. Has anyone experienced this? If so, please advise on what steps to take.

I contacted my host (or my host contacted me) , and they were able to work me through. There was a problem with their FTP server regarding file transfer. Meanwhile, I was advised with respect to using Zip or Tar file as well. I choose the latter, and currently my transfer is ongoing. In other words, I am fine now.
